Article L121-3 of the French Sports Code

Subject to the approval referred to in article L. 121-4, sports associations that promote and organise physical and sports activities for disabled people may receive assistance from the public authorities, particularly in terms of sports practice, access to sports facilities, organisation of competitions, training of sports instructors and adaptation of transport. Managers of a sports association who hold a licence issued by an approved federation and who, on a voluntary basis, carry out management and supervisory duties within their federation or an association affiliated to it may use their personal training account under the conditions set out in Chapter III of Title II of Book III of the French Labour Code, in order to undertake training related to their voluntary role.
