Article L121-5 of the French Sports Code

Managers of a sports association who hold a licence issued by an approved federation and who, on a voluntary basis, carry out management and supervisory duties within their federation or an association affiliated to it may use their personal training account under the conditions set out in Chapter III of Title II of Book III of the French Labour Code, in order to undertake training related to their voluntary role.

Les dirigeants d’une association sportive, titulaires d’une licence délivrée par une fédération agréée, qui, à titre bénévole, remplissent des fonctions de gestion et d’encadrement au sein de leur fédération ou d’une association qui lui est affiliée peuvent mobiliser leur compte personnel de formation dans les conditions fixées au chapitre III du titre II du livre III du code du travail, afin de suivre la formation liée à leur fonction de bénévoles.
