Section 3: Delegated federations

Without prejudice to the direct appeals available to them, any natural or legal person who considers that they have been wronged by an individual decision taken under the delegation referred to in article L. 131-14 may, within two months of being notified of the decision, ask the Minister responsible for Sport to implement the procedure provided for in article L. 131-20.

Any sports federation which is a member of an international federation which has authorised it to organise the practice of a sporting discipline and for which another federation has been granted the delegation provided for in article L. 131-14 is obliged to proceed, on the proposal of the latter, with : 1° The registration of competitions in this discipline on the international calendar; 2° The registration of top-level athletes in…
