Article L232-24-1 of the French Sports Code

Disciplinary proceedings shall lapse ten years after the date of the breach of the provisions of this chapter. This period shall be interrupted by any act of investigation or prosecution. During this period, the Agency may have analyses carried out on samples taken in its custody.
