Disciplinary proceedings shall lapse ten years after the date of the breach of the provisions of this chapter. This period shall be interrupted by any act of investigation or prosecution. During this period, the Agency may have analyses carried out on samples taken in its custody.

The acts taken in application of 16° of I of article L. 232-5 may be appealed against by the parties referred to in article L. 232-24 before the Court of Arbitration for Sport alone as part of the appeal procedure provided for by the World Anti-Doping Code.
