Article L232-24 of the French Sports Code

Interested parties, such as the person concerned, the president of the French Anti-Doping Agency, the competent international federation, the World Anti-Doping Agency and, where applicable, the national anti-doping organisation of the country where the person concerned resides, of which he or she is a national or in which he or she holds a sports licence, the International Olympic Committee or the International Paralympic Committee, where the decision may have an effect in relation to the Olympic or Paralympic Games, in particular decisions affecting the possibility of participating in them, may lodge an appeal of full jurisdiction against the decisions of the College and the Sanction Commission of the French Anti-Doping Agency taken pursuant to Articles L. 232-21-1 to L. 232-23-6 with the exception of acts taken in application of 16° of I of article L. 232-5 and agreements concluded in application of IV of article L. 232-23-3-10.

Les parties intéressées, telles que l’intéressé, le président de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, la fédération internationale compétente, l’agence mondiale antidopage et le cas échéant, l’organisation nationale antidopage du pays où réside l’intéressé, dont il est ressortissant ou dans lequel il détient une licence sportive, le comité international olympique ou le comité international paralympique lorsque la décision peut avoir un effet en rapport avec les Jeux olympiques ou paralympiques, notamment les décisions affectant la possibilité d’y participer, peuvent former un recours de pleine juridiction contre les décisions du collège et de la commission des sanctions de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage prises en application des articles L. 232-21-1 à L. 232-23-6 à l’exclusion des actes pris en application du 16° du I de l’article L. 232-5 et des accords conclus en application du IV de l’article L. 232-23-3-10.
