Section 2: Division of powers between professional leagues and federations

Article R132-9 of the French Sports Code

The relationship between the federation and the professional league is laid down in an agreement which specifies the division of their powers and the conditions under which the federation and the league jointly exercise the powers mentioned in article R. 132-11.
