Chapter VI: Control.

The implementation of laws and regulations relating to public health is monitored, within health, social and medico-social establishments, by the agents mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7 and the members of the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Director of the establishment are kept informed of the conclusions of these inspections, in compliance with the rules of professional secrecy and ethics.

Each year, health care institutions submit their accounts to the regional health agency.
