Article D324-6 of the French Tourism Code

The owner of the furnished accommodation or his agent may indicate that his furnished accommodation has been classified by displaying a sign in accordance with a model drawn up by the body referred to in article L. 141-2 and approved by order of the Minister responsible for tourism.
