Section 2: Territorial Environment and Health Risks Council

For the application of article R. 1416-1to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the words: “departmental council” are replaced by the words: “territorial council” and the words: “, in the department” are deleted.

In Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the territorial council for the environment and health and technological risks is chaired by the State representative.
