Section 1: Children admitted

Authorisation to open a children’s health home providing medical care and rehabilitation, pursuant to the provisions of R. 6123-123, R. 6123-124, R. 6123-125-3 and R. 6123-126, is subject to approval of the director, issued under the conditions set out in article R. 2321-4.
