Subsection 1: General conditions relating to voluntary termination of pregnancy outside health establishments

The agreement provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 2212-2 shall comply with the standard agreement constituting one of the following annexes: 1° Annex 22-1 for the practice of voluntary interruption of pregnancy carried out by medication; 2° Annex 22-2 for the practice of voluntary interruption of pregnancy by instrumental method in a health centre.

I.-Voluntary interruptions of pregnancy by medication carried out by a doctor or midwife under the agreement mentioned in 1° of article R. 2212-9 are carried out until the end of the seventh week of pregnancy.
