Articles R. 133-1 to R. 133-18 apply to inter-municipal tourist offices set up as a public industrial and commercial establishment. For the application of the articles mentioned in the first paragraph to groups of communes, the words “communes” and “conseil municipal” are replaced by the words “groupement de communes” and “organe délibérant du groupement de communes” respectively.
The decision of the decision-making body establishing an inter-municipal tourist office in a form other than that of an industrial and commercial establishment must at least set out : – the legal status of the tourist office ; – the composition of the governing body of the office, with the number of members representing the local authority and the number of members representing the professions and activities involved in tourism…
When a resort includes all or part of the territory of several municipalities, an inter-municipal tourist office may be set up by mutual agreement of the municipal councils concerned.
Each municipality is represented on the management committee of the intermunicipal office.
The provisions of article R. 133-4 apply to intermunicipal tourist offices.
The budget prepared by the Tourist Office Director complies with the provisions of articles L. 1612-2 , L. 2221-5 and L. 2312-1 of the General Local Authorities Code.
The draft budget is deemed to have been approved if none of the municipal councils to which the matter has been referred for approval has made known its disagreement within thirty days of receipt of the draft budget.
The dissolution of the Intercommunal Tourist Office is decided by joint decision of the municipal councils concerned.
The provisions of articles R. 133-20 to D. 133-31 apply to intermunicipal tourist offices.
