Subsection 2: Competent administrative authority

The administrative authority referred to in Articles L. 1233-39, L. 1233-46, L. 1233-48 to L. 1233-50, L. 1233-53 and L. 1233-56 to L. 1233-57-8 is the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment for the establishment in question.

When the collective redundancy project concerns establishments under the jurisdiction of several regional directors of companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment, the employer informs the regional director of the head office of the company of its intention to open negotiations in application of article L. 1233-24-1.
