Section 8: Prevention of risks arising from the use of personal protective equipment for sports or leisure activities

Pursuant to article R. 322-27 of the French Sports Code, personal protective equipment subject to the provisions of the Sports Code, by type of item defined in annex III-3 (decrees section) of the Sports Code, is listed in annex III-26 (orders section).

Pursuant to article R. 322-37 of the French Sports Code, the person responsible for hiring out or repeatedly making available second-hand personal protective equipment must draw up a management sheet for each item of equipment, the content of which is defined in appendix III-27 (orders section), in order to establish that the equipment concerned is kept in compliance.
