Candidates for the examination for the common part of the third-degree state diploma in sports education must pass tests relating to the knowledge programme set out in annex II-8 to this code. Candidates who obtain an average of 10 out of 20 or more in all the tests defined in article A. 212-120 are offered final admission to the examination for the common part of the third-degree state diploma in sports education (brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif du troisième degré) and receive a certificate of successful completion.
