Subsection 1: Conditions for exercising the right to vote and stand for election and rules applicable to the conduct of the ballot for the election of staff representatives to the Board of Directors

Article A211-39 of the French Sports Code

The election to the Board of Directors of the three staff representatives referred to in 5° of article D. 211-39 shall be by single ballot. Each candidate is accompanied by a substitute. In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate is elected. Voting may be by post or by proxy.
