Subsection 1: Conditions for exercising the right to vote and stand for election and rules applicable to the conduct of the ballot for the election of staff representatives to the Board of Directors

The election to the Board of Directors of the three staff representatives referred to in 5° of article D. 211-39 shall be by single ballot. Each candidate is accompanied by a substitute. In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate is elected. Voting may be by post or by proxy.

Three colleges are set up for this election: 1° College of experts in the school’s fields of activity; 2° College of administrative, medical, paramedical and management staff; 3° College of technical and service staff.

Full members of staff and contract staff with a contract of at least ten months as at the closing date of the ballot, working for the Ecole Nationale de Voile et des Sports Nautiques on the day of the ballot, are eligible to vote and to stand for election to the three colleges.
