Subsection 3: Supervision of socio-medico-judicial security centres

The President of the Regional Court for Security Detention may visit the centres within his jurisdiction and ask to see the detention register and the individual files of detainees. The same applies to the public prosecutor and the public prosecutor.

Persons detained in the centres come under the jurisdiction of a vice-president responsible for the enforcement of sentences of one of the judicial courts of the court of appeal, appointed by the first president of this court. This magistrate is responsible for monitoring, for each person detained, the main procedures for implementing secure detention and the smooth running of the measure.
