Chapter I: Organisation and tasks of the network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry

In application of article R.711-74-1, the threshold below which the approval of the supervisory authority referred to in Article R.712-2 is not required is set at €100,000 per transaction or 30% of the contract in the case of public works contracts.
