The employer shall record the results of the analyses referred to in Article R. 4461-23 and make them available to the persons referred to in Article R. 4121-4. When the gases are intended to be used by an external company, they are accompanied by a sheet mentioning the results of these analyses.
The employer is responsible for maintaining and checking the pressure regulators used to reduce the gas pressure in a tank to the pressure required for use.
A joint order by the Minister for Labour and the ministers concerned shall specify the frequency and procedures for carrying out: 1° The gas analyses provided for in Article R. 4461-23 ; 2° The maintenance and inspection operations provided for in Article R. 4461-25.
