Subsection 3: Provisions applicable to offences leading to the loss of driving licence points

When offences subject to the fixed fine procedure are likely to result in a reduction in driving licence points, the characteristics of the forms used by the ticketing officer, the dimensions of which are those set by article A. 37-1, are provided for in this sub-section.
