The Conseil d’Orientation des Conditions de Travail (Working Conditions Advisory Council) comprises representatives of the State, representatives of nationally representative employers’ organisations and nationally representative employees’ trade unions, representatives of national social security bodies, representatives of national expertise and prevention bodies, as well as qualified personalities.

Within the Conseil d’Orientation des Conditions de Travail, the Comité National de Prévention et de Santé au Travail is made up of representatives of the State, the Caisse Nationale de l’Assurance Maladie, the Caisse Centrale de la Mutualité Sociale Agricole, representative employers’ organisations at national and cross-industry level and representative employees’ trade unions at national and cross-industry level.
