TITLE VI: POWERS OF THE ASSEMBLY OF FRENCH GUYANA

The Assembly of French Guyana shall exercise its powers under the conditions laid down in Title I of Book II of Part Three and Title II of Book II of Part Four, insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Part.
