Section 2: Communes resulting from a merger involving the creation of one or more associated communes and new communes involving the creation of one or more delegated communes

The provisions of articles R. 2511-17 and R. 2511-18 relating to the participation of associations in municipal life are applicable to communes resulting from a merger with more than 100,000 inhabitants and to new communes. Communes resulting from a merger with more than 100,000 inhabitants and to new communes are applicable to communes resulting from a merger with more than 100,000 inhabitants and to new communes.

The provisions of articles R. 2511-17 and R. 2511-18 relating to the participation of associations in municipal life are applicable to municipalities resulting from a merger with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants under the conditions referred to in article L. 2113-26 as it read prior to the loi n° 2010-1563 du 16 décembre 2010de réforme des collectivités territoriales.
