Tobacco product manufacturers and importers provide the public body designated by order with internal and external studies concerning the market and the preferences of consumer groups with regard to ingredients and emissions, as well as summaries of studies with a view to launching new products. Each year, they declare to this institution the volume of their sales for the previous year, by brand and by type.
