The commission proceeds with publicity measures to enable creditors who have not been notified of its decision to lodge an appeal with the protection litigation judge. Creditors have two months from the date of publication to lodge their appeal.

If no challenge is made within the period provided for in article R. 741-1, the commission shall inform the debtor and creditors by simple letter that the decision taken pursuant to Article L. 741-1 is required.

When the commission receives a challenge to the decision taken pursuant to article L. 741-1, its secretariat shall forward it, together with the file, to the registry of the judicial court.
