The provisions of articles L. 413-1 and L. 413-2 do not apply to fresh, fermented or spoiled fruit and vegetables.

It is forbidden to affix or cause to appear by addition, deletion or by any alteration whatsoever on products, false indications concerning the name of the manufacturer, the company name or the place of manufacture.
