Section 9: Reimbursement of a payment transaction ordered by the payee or by the payer who gives a payment order via the payee

Without prejudice to the provisions of Article L. 133-25-2, in the case of the levies referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EU) No 260/2012, the payer has an unconditional right to reimbursement within the time limits set out in Article L. 133-25.
