Article L133-25-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The payer and his payment service provider may agree in the deposit account agreement or in the framework agreement for payment services that the payer is not entitled to a refund where he has given his consent to the execution of the payment transaction directly to his payment service provider and, where applicable, the information relating to the future payment transaction has been provided to the payer or made available to him in the agreed manner, at least four weeks before the due date, by the payment service provider or by the payee.

Le payeur et son prestataire de services de paiement peuvent convenir dans la convention de compte de dépôt ou dans le contrat-cadre de services de paiement que le payeur n’a pas droit à remboursement lorsqu’il a donné son consentement à l’exécution de l’opération de paiement directement à son prestataire de services de paiement et, le cas échéant, que les informations relatives à la future opération de paiement ont été fournies au payeur ou mises à sa disposition de la manière convenue, au moins quatre semaines avant l’échéance, par le prestataire de services de paiement ou par le bénéficiaire.
