By way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 2422-5 to L. 2422-11, the State may, under conditions set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, entrust the management of projects to French Guyana for development work on the national road network carried out there and to Mayotte for work to re-establish communication routes made necessary by the construction of a transport infrastructure project.
