Article L2614-1 of the French Public procurement code

By way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 2422-5 to L. 2422-11, the State may, under conditions set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, entrust the management of projects to French Guyana for development work on the national road network carried out there and to Mayotte for work to re-establish communication routes made necessary by the construction of a transport infrastructure project.

Article L2614-1

Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles L. 2422-5 à L. 2422-11, l’Etat peut confier, dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, des missions de maîtrise d’ouvrage à la Guyane pour les opérations d’aménagement du réseau routier national qui y sont réalisées et à Mayotte en ce qui concerne les travaux de rétablissement de voies de communication rendus nécessaires par la réalisation d’un ouvrage d’infrastructure de transport.
