Section 3: Innovation partnerships

At the end of each phase, on the basis of the results obtained, the purchaser decides:1° Either to continue with the innovation partnership, possibly after specifying or modifying, with the agreement of the partner, the objectives of the next phase and the means to be used to achieve them. The initial conditions of the innovation partnership may not be substantially modified on this occasion;2° Either to terminate the innovation partnership…

The purchaser may only acquire the products, services or work resulting from the research and development phases if they correspond to the performance levels and do not exceed the maximum costs provided for in the innovation partnership.
