The provisions of article L. 571-2 are applicable to proceedings relating to offences under articles L. 572-23 and L. 572-24.

It is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500 for any person providing services on digital assets within the meaning of Article L. 54-10-2, to disseminate information containing inaccurate or misleading information or to use a name, company name, advertising or any other process that gives the impression that it is approved under the conditions set out in Article L. 54-10-5.
