When the administrative inadmissibility order is served on the foreign nationals mentioned in article L. 222-1 while they are present in France, they are given a period of time from this date to leave French territory which, except in an emergency, may not be less than one month. They may not be deported automatically before the expiry of this period if it has been granted to them.
