Section 2: Foreign nationals whose state of health requires medical treatment

For the application of article L. 425-9, the Prefect issues the temporary residence permit bearing the words “private and family life” in the light of an opinion issued by a panel of doctors with national competence from the French Office for Immigration and Integration.
