In order to carry out the tasks entrusted to it, the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority may: 1° Request to be provided with any document in the possession of the platforms that is necessary for it to carry out its tasks, in particular for examining the requests referred to in Article L. 7343-14; 2° Request a hearing of any person likely to contribute to its information.

Article L7345-4 of the French Labour Code

To finance the mission mentioned in Article L. 7345-1, the proceeds of the tax provided for inArticle 300 bis of the General Tax Code are allocated to the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority. The tax is allocated up to the ceiling set in I of Article 46 of the Finance Act 2011-1977 of 28 December 2011 for 2012.
