Paragraph 2: Payment of social security contributions

When certificates are requested by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée from the beneficiary of financial assistance, the latter shall send it certificates that are less than six months old. The Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée also ensures that the beneficiaries of financial aid comply with their obligations to the bodies collecting social security contributions by means of the nominative social declaration provided for inarticle L. 133-5-3 of the Social Security Code.
