Article 211-116 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The granting of aid is the subject of two decisions:1° A provisional decision accepting the principle of granting aid. In order to obtain this decision, the application must be submitted by the delegated production company within a timeframe that allows the relevant selective production aid committee to formulate its opinion before the cinematographic work is released for screening;2° A final allocation decision after the amount of aid has been determined.
