Article 122-16 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée notes the failure of beneficiaries of financial aid to comply with their obligations relating to the fight against illegal employment, offences against which are set out in Articles L. 8211-1 et seq. of the Labour Code, when it is aware or has been notified, pursuant to the article L. 413-2 du code du cinéma et de l’image animée, of a report of an infringement of these provisions.
When the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée finds that a beneficiary of financial assistance has failed to comply with its social obligations to combat illegal employment, it may implement the administrative sanction procedure provided for in articles L. 8272-1 and D. 8272-1 to D. 8272-6 of the French Labour Code.

Le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée constate le non-respect par les bénéficiaires des aides financières de leurs obligations relatives à la lutte contre le travail illégal, dont les infractions sont prévues aux articles L. 8211-1 et suivants du code du travail, lorsqu’il a connaissance ou a eu transmission, en application de l’article L. 413-2 du code du cinéma et de l’image animée, d’un procès-verbal relevant une infraction à ces dispositions.
Lorsque le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée constate le non-respect par un bénéficiaire d’une aide financière de ses obligations sociales en matière de lutte contre le travail illégal, il peut mettre en œuvre la procédure de sanction administrative prévue aux articles L. 8272-1 et D. 8272-1 à D. 8272-6 du code du travail.
