Article 122-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code
The provisions of this chapter apply to the aids mentioned in articles 110-2 and 110-3.

The provisions of this chapter apply to the aids mentioned in articles 110-2 and 110-3.
In support of their application, persons requesting financial assistance shall submit a file comprising: 1° A form containing the information required to examine the application; 2° The supporting documents specific to each assistance, listed in the annexes included in these general regulations; 3° The documents and information required to verify compliance with the general eligibility conditions, referred to in articles 122-9,122-12 to 122-14,122-17 and 122-18. In order to examine the application, the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may request any additional information or document of any kind. Such information or documents are communicated to third parties in compliance with the rules relating to secrets protected by law.
Where the present general regulations so provide, decisions to award financial assistance are taken by the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée after obtaining the opinion of consultative committees set up within the institution pursuant to article R. 112-4 (5°) of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée.The commissions make their decisions, where appropriate, after consulting reading committees or individual readers.
Prior consultation with reading committees or readers is carried out in one of the following ways:1° Only projects that have received a favourable opinion from reading committees or readers are submitted to the commission for an opinion. If the reading committees or readers give an unfavourable opinion, the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée will decide on the application on the basis of this opinion…
Even when the opinion of an advisory committee is required, the Chairman of the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée may also consult, if he considers it useful, any person whose opinion he feels would help him in his decision.
In accordance with the article D. 311-4 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée, financial assistance from the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may not be granted for or in respect of cinematographic, audiovisual or multimedia works or documents of a pornographic nature or inciting to violence.
Financial assistance from the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may not be granted for or in respect of cinematographic, audiovisual or multimedia works whose content is intended to promote the marketing of goods or the provision of services, or to enhance the brand, image or activities of a company or public or private legal entity.
I.-The Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée ensures compliance with the general conditions for admission of companies to financial aid, in particular by means of the following documents: 1° A K extract or a K bis extract dated less than three months; 2° A copy of the articles of association and, where applicable, any agreement between partners or shareholders; 3° A copy of the declaration, known as the…
In accordance with the Article L. 311-3 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée, the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée ensures that beneficiaries of financial aid comply with their social obligations.In the event of non-compliance with these obligations, the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may refuse to grant the aid applied for or withdraw aid unduly granted.
