Article 131 of the French Code of civil procedure

Extracts of the minutes drawn up by the judge may be issued.

At any time, the parties or the earliest of them may submit the statement of agreement drawn up by the judicial conciliator to the judge for approval. The judge rules on the application submitted to him without debate, unless he deems it necessary to hear the parties at the hearing. Approval is a matter of non-contentious proceedings.

Des extraits du procès-verbal dressé par le juge peuvent être délivrés. Ils valent titre exécutoire.


A tout moment, les parties ou la plus diligente d’entre elles peuvent soumettre à l’homologation du juge le constat d’accord établi par le conciliateur de justice. Le juge statue sur la requête qui lui est présentée sans débat, à moins qu’il n’estime nécessaire d’entendre les parties à l’audience. L’homologation relève de la matière gracieuse.
