A liability action seeking compensation for ecological damage redressable under Chapter III of Subtitle II of Title III of this Book shall be barred after ten years from the day on which the holder of the action knew or ought to have known of the manifestation of the ecological damage.
L’action en responsabilité tendant à la réparation du préjudice écologique réparable en application du chapitre III du sous-titre II du titre III du présent livre se prescrit par dix ans à compter du jour où le titulaire de l’action a connu ou aurait dû connaître la manifestation du préjudice écologique.
