Article 311-50 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The sums calculated, capped where applicable for works belonging to the audiovisual adaptation of a live performance genre, are not actually entered on the automatic audiovisual production account unless the total amount obtained for at least one of the genres of work is equal to or greater than the following thresholds:
1° For works belonging to the fiction genre: €200,000;
2° For works belonging to the animation genre: €200,000;
3° For works belonging to the creative documentary genre: €80,000;
4° For works belonging to the audiovisual adaptation of a live performance genre: €130,000.

Article 311-50

Les sommes calculées, le cas échéant plafonnées pour les œuvres appartenant au genre adaptation audiovisuelle de spectacle vivant, ne sont effectivement inscrites sur le compte automatique production audiovisuelle qu’à la condition que le montant total obtenu pour au moins l’un des genres d’œuvres soit égal ou supérieur aux seuils suivants :
1° Pour les œuvres appartenant au genre fiction : 200 000 € ;
2° Pour les œuvres appartenant au genre animation : 200 000 € ;
3° Pour les œuvres appartenant au genre documentaire de création : 80 000 € ;
4° Pour les œuvres appartenant au genre adaptation audiovisuelle de spectacle vivant : 130 000 €.
