Article 378 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

To record the completion of the prescribed formalities, the Registrar shall draw up minutes which shall be signed by the President and by the said Registrar.

The minutes shall be drawn up and signed within three days at the latest of the delivery of the judgment.

Le greffier dresse, à l’effet de constater l’accomplissement des formalités prescrites, un procès-verbal qui est signé par le président et par ledit greffier.

Le procès-verbal est dressé et signé dans le délai de trois jours au plus tard du prononcé de l’arrêt.
