Article 411-15 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The investment of sums entered in the automatic cinema production account under 2° of article 411-11 is subject to the issue of a financing authorisation.
The financing authorisation can only be issued if the sums invested by the production company are between a minimum of €7,600 and a maximum of €10,000 per work.

Article 411-15

L’investissement des sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique production cinéma au titre du 2° de l’article 411-11 est subordonné à la délivrance d’une autorisation de financement.
L’autorisation de financement ne peut être délivrée que si les sommes investies par l’entreprise de production sont comprises entre un montant minimum de 7 600 € et un montant maximum de 10 000 € par œuvre.
