If the production company has never received production programme support, the committee may propose to the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée that project development support be granted instead of the programme support requested, under the conditions set out in sub-section 4.
Lorsque l’entreprise de production n’a jamais bénéficié d’une aide au programme de production, la commission peut proposer au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée l’attribution, en lieu et place de l’aide au programme sollicitée, d’une aide au développement de projets, dans les conditions prévues à la sous-section 4.
