Article 411-52 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The aid is the subject of an agreement concluded with the production company.
This agreement provides in particular for the possibility, in the light of the actual implementation of the programme, of modifying its composition, within the limits set out in article 411-42.

L’aide fait l’objet d’une convention conclue avec l’entreprise de production.
Cette convention prévoit notamment la possibilité, au vu de la mise en œuvre effective du programme, de modifier sa composition, dans les limites prévues à l’article 411-42.
