Article 411-69 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The decision to award a grant is taken after the amount of the grant has been determined on the basis of the opinion of the costing committee, which is asked to give its opinion on the application for pre-production funding, supplemented by an expert consulted on the artistic quality of the musical project and on the budget allocated to it.
The grant is awarded in addition to the pre-production funding, of which it forms an integral part and whose rules it follows.

La décision d’attribution d’une aide est prise après fixation de son montant, déterminé après avis du comité de chiffrage amené à se prononcer sur sa demande d’aide avant réalisation, complété d’un expert consulté sur la qualité artistique du projet musical et sur le budget qui lui est consacré.
L’aide est attribuée en complément de l’aide avant réalisation dont elle fait partie intégrante et dont elle suit le régime.
