The Commission is made up of two colleges sitting separately.
The first college comprises the Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and five other members. It is responsible for examining applications for writing and development grants.
The second college comprises the chairman, a vice-chairman and five other members. It is responsible for examining applications for support for video production, distribution and publishing.
