The sums are calculated for a period of six years from the first commercial showing of the work in cinemas, subject to the provisions relating to the control of cinematographic exhibition revenues set out in 3° of article L. 212-32 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée.
Les sommes sont calculées pendant une durée de six ans à compter de la première représentation commerciale de l’œuvre en salles de spectacles cinématographiques, soumise aux dispositions relatives au contrôle des recettes d’exploitation cinématographique prévues au 3° de l’article L. 212-32 du code du cinéma et de l’image animée.
