Article 67 quinquies of the French Customs Code

In order to investigate and establish offences under this Code relating to tobacco, customs officials in categories A and B have access to information contained in the processing operations provided for in Article L. 3512-24 of the Public Health Code, under the conditions set out in Article L. 80 N of the Book of Tax Procedures.

In the event of an offence being recorded, the result of consultation of the information referred to in the first paragraph of this article is indicated on any document, regardless of the medium, attached to the official report recording the offence.

Article 67 quinquies

Pour rechercher et constater les infractions prévues par le présent code en matière de tabac, les agents de l’administration des douanes des catégories A et B ont accès aux informations contenues dans les traitements prévus à l’article L. 3512-24 du code de la santé publique, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 80 N du livre des procédures fiscales.

En cas de constatation d’une infraction, le résultat de la consultation des informations mentionnées au premier alinéa du présent article est indiqué sur tout document, quel qu’en soit le support, annexé au procès-verbal constatant l’infraction.
